Apple Cider Vinegar And Honey Drink
To make your own daily health drink, mix equal parts of apple cider vinegar and honey in a glass of water. One tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and one tablespoon of honey in 8 ounces of warm or cold water would be a good recipe, but feel free to tweak this depending on your personal references.
There are also some tasty additions to it of wich garlic is one. You could add fresh cinnamon to neutralize its taste and even serve it with a cinnamon stick.
